Highly Recommend for Solo Travelers Who Need Comfort

The staff here were genuinely nice particularly two ladies at the front desk who were very accommodating when I needed help with my room. They treated me like family and their kindness.

The price wasn't exactly low but it was reasonable given the care I received.

Its location was easy, in a safe area, and in a safe area. The staff was wonderful and informative from arrival to departure. My room with nice Beds and a Jacuzzi, as example was neat:)))

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.

Had a blast with friends! Hotel was a great base for heading out to Arrowhead Golf Club and Seven Bridges Golf Club. We enjoyed the clean rooms and helpful staff. Perfect location near dining options too! Highly recommend for a fun golfing trip.

The bathrooms could use some updating. They felt a bit worn down.

Not very clean. Hallways smelly. Strong odor of smoking in hallways. Breakfast poor, skipped it as a result. Only ended up booking at the Belmont because it was hooked on the Best Western website somehow.

Affordable Stay but Room for Improvement

I stayed for 6 nights with my family. The location is convenient, but housekeeping was inconsistent. We had to request towels multiple times. The tiny room felt cramped. For a better experience, consider nearby hotels offering more amenities.

It was relatively close to downtown Naperville.

The hallways were dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The elevator was dirty and felt unsafe. The price did not match the inside of the hotel. I was very disappointed.
