The staff here were genuinely nice particularly two ladies at the front desk who were very accommodating when I needed help with my room. They treated me like family and their kindness really made my stay memorable.

The towels were not changed, and the room felt neglected. I appreciated the comfortable beds but found the hanger system really frustrating. My coats kept falling on the floor. The hotel has potential due to its price, but cleanliness should definitely be a priority. I felt like I got a good deal, but I wished for better service and maintenance.
